Glitter Window

I made this card with my technique club back in January. First I used my oval punch on a piece of red bazzill cardstock. I then positioned it over my white card stock and stamped my image through the cut out using TAC palette Hybrid Noir (black) Ink. All of the stamped images are from my TAC "heart-itude" stamp set. I love this set. I am making some cute thank you cards that I cased from the TAC catalogue that make appear here soon. (wink wink).

Anywho, I then used my Impress markers to color the image that is stamped on the white cardstock. Then I turned over the red piece and placed a piece of clear packing tape over the cut-out section so that the sticky part is facing out I then glued the red cardstock to the white piece using Yes Glue so that you could see the image through the cut out. Once that was done I poured Prisma Glitter over the exposed sticky tape and used my fingers to pat it down. I shook off the excess but the tape remains completely covered and isn't sticky anymore.

I used my TAC Palette Hybrid Canvas (white) Ink to stamp the hearts and my Noir Ink to stamp the word love and then outlined it with my Christmas Red Stickles. I sent out about twenty of these and all the recipients felt very loved! I hope I didn't make it sound too complicated. It really is an easy card to make that looks pretty nifty! (warning I have a tendency to use Brady Bunch terminology - LOL).
